The challenge here was overcoming the fact that I had not held a substantative leadership position in HE, despite being recognised globally as a leader in my field of education. So the aim here was to illustrate and evidence my 'enabling' style of leadership.

Here, the challenge was bringing to life the context of my student's 'delayed progression' from student to potential entrepreneur; and thus my unique teaching context. So the focus is upon evidencing the development of the Reasonable Adventurer approach.
My 2005 (UTAS) AAUT Teaching Excellence Award
This is a really interesting one to share. The focus and format of the 2005 process does not align to current day; so what is the value in sharing it? I won this award because I successfully allowed my students' voices to evidence my practice claims. So it remains a useful document for considering how to use our students' voices.
